upsetting dreams

I had a dream two nights in a row about my sister at her wedding. The odd thing is that in real life, we had a double wedding 8 months ago that was wonderful. I the dream, she is very nervous and vomiting (sp?) because she is so nervous. She is beautiful and there is never ugliness. Just a lot of confusion, anxiety and nerves. She is marrying the same guy in the dream (her now husband).
After two nights of that dream I had one most awful. In the dream, I finally decided to remove the earrings from my mouth. I had four of them, inserted straight back into each side of my gums, top and bottom. Of course, this is not really something people wear in wake life. It is so odd though, I grab the long metal post and begin pulling. As it comes out, it is suddenly not a metal post but a rotten penis-shaped thing. A puff of stinky smoke comes out as the odd shaped thing pops out of each gum, upper and lower. I am mortified in my dream, mad at myself for having worn earrings in my mouth that would have done such a thing. Awake, I find most disturbing the change in shape from a metal earring rod to a penis shaped piece of rot.
I have trouble looking up symbolism for the last dream. The closest I got was broken earrings (not quite a match, right?).

well the dream uses two symbols that each seem to work against each other.. the ear rings are a sign of beauty and jewelry(something good) yet they are opposed by the penis references. so in some way the dream is tackling your or your sisters feelings about what marriage is and how you felt about it romantically... I would defnitely take the use of the word penis as a sign that this is about male domination and male sexual priorities. What real life themes does such obvious male sexual imagery make you think abouyt - think of the day before the dream
