please explain my dreams

I was with my husband, mother inlaw, aunt, son, etc..... mother inlaw was giving me a pill saying that this is vitamin C, it is good for everyone. The husband came in the room and said NO, this wil hurt you if you take it.

Then we were in a room, eating on a long table. My son (4 yrs old) was sitting at the end of the table, my husband and I sat on each side. The younger sister was sitting next to me. at the other end of the table were several single man whom I don't know who they are. In the middle of the table was my sister's husband and he looks hoorible thin, and sick. My son then asked who like my aunt (which is the sister), and all the man raised their hand except the husband. He asked twice, three times and they all raised their hands. Then the sister's husband walked up to my son and started to kick him on the neck and ear. My husband turned around and grapped his leg and fought, biting his leg. They fought for awhile and I woke up, couldn't go back to bed

thank you, yeah I know that he is really in debt. And the family does not like it because he does not work nor having a job for 10 years now.
