Recurring Dream.....what does it mean

I often dream about viewing a house, usually i am just looking around and the houses are mostly unfurnished and always just what i am looking for. last night i dreampt what seemed so to be so real a very large house ,rooms were massive the living room, bedrooms although it was untidyly furnished as the residents seemed to have been evicted, i even smelt the stench of the toilet in my dream, both myself and my daughter were impressed by the size of the rooms and decided to go for it as we saw the potential of fixing it, it was not the dream about viewing this house but on leaving the property i saw the address very clearly the house number and the road. I must admit i was taken back by this dream and started a search to find the address, which seems a bit daft but i was curious just incase it did exist.
May i have an interpretation of this dream
