Taking wrong turns

I have been having theme dreams for the past several years about taking wrong turns. I start out driving to my job (never what my actual job is or where it is) or to some dreaded appointment and take a wrong turn. I get annoyed, as I know the way to go, and make my course correction. I make another wrong turn, then turn around in the right direction. I keep doing this, and each time I take a wrong turn, I'm getting further and further away and completely in the opposite direction of where I need to go. It seems that no matter what I do I can't change this, and eventually I give up, knowing that it's too late for me to make it.
I think this is my subconcious trying to tell me to get off my behind and go after my life goals, and it knows what I really want to do with my life.

My suspicion is that this dream could be the harbinger of bad news. It is as if you are being warned in advance to avoid doing what you regularly do. Not knowing you I am not in the position to say more but this is the message that comes across to me. Possibly the other readers will be able to be more optimistic. I wish you good luck.

It is no great shame to get lost in Texas!
Unlike your other dream that tries to keep you from waking up, this dream is actually a waking dream! The annoyance and anger of making the wrong turns wakes you.
On the Psychological side, perhaps you are a bit embarassed about not having more money. However I would not have known that if you have not said so in your post!

thinbk fo dream symbols as representing your current emoitons. This dream features an easy symbol... you make the wrong turn.. in real life we make the wrong turn by making bad decisions. Whatr bad decisions have you just made? what little mistakes do you feel that you are about to make?
