Items in mouth, My Recurring Dreams

For several years I had recurring dreams of pulling stuff out of my mouth with my hands. The stuff in my mouth is so full to the point I cannot talk, fear of gagging or difficulty breathing. The items include multitude of teeth, (most common), mud, eggshells, coffee grounds, worms and dog crap .
nice huh?
These stopped maybe 3 years ago til this past week when I dreamed of pulling out a mouthful of spinach and even having to floss it out this time.

Any thoughts?

Hi,
It is possible that you have some problems with sinusitis. A lot of saliva collects in your mouth while you sleep. You may see some dribble on your pillow after these dreams.
The dream is trying to clear your throat without waking you up.

Hi Junebug,

Perhaps this dream may be speaking of overwhelming circumstances you were in 3 yrs ago, as well as unable to get a grasp on things. Others thoughts, I noticed these items were things that could pose a harm to you therefore needed to be taken out....in other words harmful to you and needing to be rid of if that makes sense. I hope this helped out some if not please disregard.
