Strangest Dream

I had a couple dreams lately, i'd like to just clump them together. Today: i was in my parents unfinished basement with my partner and his best friend, and there were other people there and all of a sudden we took off running up the stairs, in real life i don't ever go into my parents basement with out shoes, yet in the dream i had no shoes on and was running up the stairs stepping on worms, they looked like earthworms, then i started coughing and felt something in my mouth and started spitting out worms and pieces of worms yet some of them were still alive and wiggling when i spit them out.
My partner kept says "stop doing that you need to keep those in" but i kept spitting them out until i couldn't feel them anymore... when i woke up i could still feel the worms in my mouth, very gross!

A couple days ago, well back story, i'm over 16 weeks pregnant, and have always been worried about my baby and everything. Anyway in this dream i have this baby and it's a little girl with brown wavy hair, and she's about 7 lbs and all day i just carry her around against my shoulder with a dribble blanket, trying to get her to burp, then someone makes a comment "It's a good thing you had her now, now you don't need to have that ultrasound"
I'm not sure what that means, i think it might be because i have an ultrasound in January set up, and i'm worried about if i want to find out the gender or not.

I Don't know... any thoughts on the two dreams?

basement means a sorrow , running upstairs means to overcome the sorrow.
Shoes means ; 1- a job or 2- husband without shoes means none of them are so important for the time being.
Spitting out worms means pregnancy.
Caughing means complaining.
Ifa pregnant lady dreamt a baby girl means her baby will be a baby boy.
