Hi I have just found this great site! and wanted to share yesterdays dream . .
The dream began and I was in the dark, i dont know how it happened but someone passed me something, i swallowed it without thinking, i remember everything getting intensifed, colors, emotions like really intense - lost in the rhythm of an intoxicating trip - getting more and more vivid and then... Another flood dream ( i have so many of these, or i always remember them when i have them) I remember being at my mothers home at night still, in fact it never felt like a different dream to the first part- out of the window the waters rising, up to the window ledge , i remember throwing something insignificant out into the water from the doorway before it rises even further and my mum mentioning her concern for the 'brook' that was forming just beside the house and how i might contaminate it and me saying something like 'with this current everything will be washed away in no time anyway' and her agreeing. The water continually rises and i confidently moving all of my artworks ( i am an artist) upstairs, reckoning on it only getting worse, the water is now past the windows and now coming up through the stone cottage floor - not through the windows or door but up through the floor like it is porous - and then i remember thinking - hold on my mum lives on a hill for exactly this reason and then the water the feeling the trip all subsiding, disappearing and me waking up - out of breath and with an alarming fast heart beat!

Rising and entering water means some good money is on the way, in around a few days to two months.

well yes dreams can link to day to day issues and major problems. But if you wake up with an alarmingly fast heart beat I would say that in some way your dream links to that. That the alarm perhaps links to your own worries and feelings... that you are monitoring your oiwn body during sleep and the emoitons refelct the seriousness of that ... at first alarm and then less so

you may have been feeling overwhelmed by some issue i life, tha may indirectly efffect your artwork. I would imaginge that as an artist anything that effects your artwork negativly woul cause you angst.

you also may be seeking for a way to make your art better, or more intense, and might have reservations about how you go about achieving this as it may cause you great angst and maybe ruin your art.
