I dream a lot, almost every night. my elder sister has visions sometimes and my mother senses things. About a week ago I lost a friend (Cameron). Cameron would talk often about her friend Gracie who supposedly killed herself, we both secretly think it was murder though. My close friend Eva lost her mother years ago (Claire) and i lost my boyfriend 2 years from the start of december. In my dream My friends and i were all in a park by the lake and we were standing on a bridge and there all these people dancing around in long white cloaks waving ribbons they looked so free and happy. i couldn't recognize most of them but the one's i did notice were the four i previously mentioned. My sister thinks they were the spirits of the dead. I think they were angels. any thoughts?

Hi there,
Maybe this dream is just to tell you that your friends spirits are happy where they are now. To me, the place you described in your dream seemed like it could have been heaven.Traditionally, a dream about those who have passed on signifies warning. Deseaced friends can also mean that you may be needed to perform some kind of charity or aid work soon. To see ribbons floating from peoples clothes in dreams means you will have happy and pleasent companions and practical cares will not be to bad. Bridges can indicate mile stones and making transitions, possibly in this case it is about transitioning from life to death and a pun about 'crossing over to the other side'. All the best |

well dreams can be visual representations of your own thoughts. So its really best to ask yourself what you are thinking right now...
One particularly strong symbol is the brodge.. a bridge reporesents a transition from one situation to another.. the bridge between school and work, single life to married life... life to death ... good health to bad health... stuff like that Here it represents the transition between life and death... but really the mind can just create these things... it does not mean that the people are angels from some other world... they maybe simply the concept of transition from life to death... the thoughts inside our heads. I am not trying to put you off pyschic theories... yet I know that dreams can simply reflect the insides of our own twisted... confused minds.... ------------------------ The connection between dreams and the day before the dream is really very strong. Its stronger than you would imagine. Thats because of the way that the mind is built. We store up memories in short term memory blocks. Then at nighttime we work through these and proceed to transfer them and integrate them into the long term memory banks. So always look for a possible explanation from the day before. In fact try to spot intuitions as they develop in your mind. What made you stop and think the previous day? What relationships have you been thinking about? What strong fantasies or paranoia's have been on your mind? Of course a dream may have a different meaning. Dreams can be premonitions and can link to deep telepathy. But really do not pursue such explanations before you have at least tried some more mundane explanations. A dream may simply link to some simple everyday emotion.
