Why do I keep dreaming this way?

I have been with my boyfriend for about 3 years now and I am very happy. But I continue to have dreams about being with other guys. These dreams are always sexual and about caring for them. They are guys I went to school with, and now being out of school I never see them. I do love my boyfriend, but i continue to think about these guys a lot. Can anyone help?

Just my twist on things . . . The dreams about being with these guys that you never see anymore represent some unfulfilled times in your past. They are not a reflection of your lovelife with your current boyfriend. Your longing to go back to these men from your past, caring for them, shows your desire to nurture something that wasn't nurtured back then. Perhaps you feel what you neglected then is keeping you from moving forward now. Do you feel as if you didn't live up to your potential in school?

Having sex with an unknown guy is a symbol for achieving a wish at work or study.
Sex with a known guy means the subject will do a favor or a help to the other.
Sex with out of rich guys may mean likethe first option achieving a wish. These are symbols of the dream language.

Dreams at 10-11 in the morning in 15-30 days later. Also dreams at 3-4 in the evening in 1-2 months .Dreams in the sunset mostly are not truthful and are messed, they have no interpretations, Dreams at 4-5 in the morning in a few days to 2 months some dreams in the holy books( Josef dream of kneeling the sun and the moon and 11 stars)was interpreted after 20 years and other dreams of the Pharaoh's prisoners interpreted in the same day and after 7 years. Dream of Pharaoh about the 7 thin cows and 7 fat cows interpreted from the next year to 14 years. Also dreams in 6th of the month will interpret after 1-2 days, in 9th at the same day, in 10th after 20 days, in 13th after 9 days in 14th after 26 days and in 15th after 3 days, in 16th after 2 days and in 28th ,29th ,30th in the same day, but these are solar (Persian months and you should refer to a calendar or convert them) . Of course there are different kinds of dreams , like messy dreams which have no interpretations or deja vu dreams, or psychological dreams or dreams which are caused by bad food or drinks.

well dreams can link to desires that we are suppressing. If you truly do feel the need for other men but also feel guilt then the dream will p[ick up on the conficting nature of your desires.

See how the dream represents your own fantasies and paranoia's. What thoughts were keeping you awake before the dream? What challenges were you thinking about concerning the day to come? Just try to interpret a dream in simple terms. A huge long dream may simple be reduced to one simple quote such as "In the dream I saw a monster and fought with it". Then compare this to real life. Simply ask what the monster is and how does the battle represent your own thoughts and motivations.

usually dreams like this are due to wanting a closer friendship with the people in the dream that you have sex with.
another thing it could be is that you are reminded of them by your current bf.
