bald eagle head
Hi I'm a first time user. Here goes:
I dreamt I found a bald eagle head on the road. It had been perfectly cut off. There was no carcas around. Just the head. I walked past it then came back and gently kicked it to the side of the road where I covered it up with something. I remember trying to decide whether I should call the police to pick it up or take it to a native reserve. That was it. Weird or what.

Hi,
Eagle means a tyranic governor. Bald means he is rich. A cut head fallen in a place means a few such a people will gather there or will pass by. Good luck.
