Im not a whacko or looney tune NEED help

I need your HELP!!!! For about a year I have been having these dreams about Lauren Conrad ,she is on that TV show The Hills. These dreams feel so real,so down to earth ,they feel like a glimpse. Like a deja vu glimpse. I had plenty of deja vu glimpse and this is what it feels like. They are short detailed and straight to the point. Not long and dragged out. You know how most dreams crazy things are happening all around and it is so far fetched. Its not like that with these. We are doing simple normal ordinary things and I think thats what gets me and I think thats why they feel so real and hit me so hard. Its not like I am a obsessed fan and that is why I am dreaming about her. Its nothing like that at all. She NEVER comes across my mind but somehow some way she manages to get into my dreams. They don't happen every day or every week maybe 1 every 2 months. You know how most dreams they really don't have an effect on you. But the ones she pops into I am stunned for 2 days saying wow but after 2 days they wear off and she wont come across my mind AT ALL until the next dream hits. Thats is what so bizarre. So about a week ago I had a dream of her and I finally decided to act on these dreams. I made a video just explaining the situation . I had to get it out because I dont how to take this and felt good to let it out. I was planning to send it to her but I didn't send her the video because I felt really weird sending it. I am FAR FROM a whacko or looney-tune and I am not trying to give her that expression and I don't want to freak her out.I believe in faith and it works in crazy ways. I am trying to upload video but connection is not working right...

Hi paragon,
What are some traits about this actress that you admire? Do you see any traits in yourself that match those in her, or are there traits in her that you see in another person? (wife, girlfriend, daughter,etc).
I would think twice about making a video or contacting her. People will think you are wierd, even when you are not.
I know it's hard to get out of your mind, but try seeing how this relates to yourself or your relationships.
