Default Dream of stabbing someone

Hello, I hope somebody can give me their opinion on a dream I had last night. I have never had one like this and it bothers me.

I was in this house, unfamiliar. There were two other woman I think. I was stabbing one. With this really big knife. I had to turn her over to stab her (repeatedly) in the back. I know I felt awful as I had not stabbed somone and wasnt sure how it would feel when I "put" the knife in. But then I just did it again and again and there was so much blood. I realised she was dead when I rolled her over. But then I saw underneath that my son way lying there (alive) but covered in her blood. I remember thinking I must get him to shower and get all the blood off.

I have never had violent dreams of any nature. This is really disturbing that I could dream something so graphic and frightening!

Hope someone can shed some light on this!

Thanks

BLOOD: Emotional hurt
STABBING : negative moods

Do you have bitter feelings about the past? Do you often get bad negative moods? Do you feel as if this negativity in you could influence your son...
------------------------
The connection between dreams and the day before the dream is really very strong. Its stronger than you would imagine. Thats because of the way that the mind is built. We store up memories in short term memory blocks. Then at nighttime we work through these and proceed to transfer them and integrate them into the long term memory banks. So always look for a possible explanation from the day before. In fact try to spot intuitions as they develop in your mind. What made you stop and think the previous day? What relationships have you been thinking about? What strong fantasies or paranoia's have been on your mind?

Of course a dream may have a different meaning. Dreams can be premonitions and can link to deep telepathy. But really do not pursue such explanations before you have at least tried some more mundane explanations. A dream may simply link to some simple everyday emotion.
