Friend delivered...

Okay, The dream started out normal, me and my best friend were laying down on the floor listening to Christmas music (is was Christmas time-ish; I am 15 and she is 17) at our own apartment in a blue living room. My friend was very very very pregnant at the time (she is trying to concieve in reality). My head was on her lap, right below her belly (I dont know why) but then her water broke and it got everywhere! On the floor, on her, and in my HAIR!
I guess we lived pretty far away from a hospital and taking her there would have been pointless because she probably would have gave birth in the back seat of my car. So she got up, took off her pants and layed down in the "birthing possition" on the couch! She made me deliver the baby by myself on our couch. I remember that she was in a TON of pain, she was sweaty screaming and crying; I was sweaty screaming and crying too because she was making me extremely nervous! After the fact, as I was lifting the baby up onto my friends stomach, I woke up and didnt get to see the babys sex...

More Details: I was a by-stander and was watching the dream like a movie.
I have had this dream many many times (at least once everynight for about 3 weeks) but each time something minor changes, like what we were wearing, how our hair was done, and the most dramatic, was that I changed perspective (no longer a movie) and saw that the baby was a boy.

Any ideas on what this could mean? The first time I had this dream, I thought it was really disturbing, but after I told my friend about it, she told me that she was trying to concieve with her fiance and wanted the baby to be born on Christmas... and that the apartment she was looking at had a blue living room... coincidence or is this really gonna happen?
She calls me the "oracle" now, because I used to tell her all about my dreams that involved ppl she knew that I didnt and her, and 8/10 times they would be very very very close and the other 2 times, I got it dead on... They wouldnt "come true" until about 3-4 days later tho... dont know if any of this last stuff is even necessary, but hey, what can it hurt?

First, it's possible that your dream "predicted" that your friend wanted a baby on Christmas, and she was looking at a blue apartment. If you 2 are close, somehow, her thoughts made it to your intuition. 10 months ago, I had a dream that my best friend told me she was pregnant, and the day she concieved. (I had the dream 2 days after her conception....I emailed her a week later. Needless to say, my dream was 100% correct.) I also dreamed about 2 children, one a boy. She had twin boys.

Anyhow....it can happen.

The other observation I have about your dream. AT 15 and 17 years old, you are both very young for children. Your dream had a sense of panic to it. You are frantic about the birth. I'm guessing that you instinctively feel so NOT ready for this. If your friend is only 17, I hope she and her fiance think about waiting a few years to get on their feet financially and emotionally before having a baby. I think your dream is relating this to you.
