Crazy Dream

my dream started in a a trainstation/subway. my brother standing wit a group of guys. and they were shooting up. i asked him repeatedly to stop and he wouldnt because he was already high. we started walking and i was holding him up by his shirt walkin and he kept sayin "dont let them see my arms". then out of nowhere permedic people appeared. and my brother was already dead and the permedic kept askin questions tryin to keep my brother awake. but he was already dead. then the girl hes currently attracted to appeared and i started cryin and i told her not to leave me and she said she wouldnt and i woke up..
when i woke up i was very upset and got up to check to see where my brother was afraid something was wrong.

wut could this dream possible mean? any help?

i am a little bit suspicous my brother his shooting up but he does smoke weed
