I keep having this dream that will look different everytime it occurs but the same events happen....My dreams are always about the world ending and I am trying to get a hold of my husband on the phone and dial his number to say one last goodbye but I can't seem to dial the number right, I press the right numbers but on the screen it comes up wrong. I am always in such a panic to talk to him one last time and tell him I love him but I can't. I am always crying in my dream, and before the world actually ends, in whatever weird way I dream it ending, I wake up. This dream really bothers me...is he going to die? am I? is the world going to end soon?

Relax, the dream is not about your husband or the end of the world, it is abour what is happening to you in the sleep these dreams happen in.
When you wake up from one of these nightmares, calm down and examine your own body. You might be hurting somewhere or feeling queasy. It is most likely the dreams are caused by the position you sleep in, or whatyou ate the night before you went to bed. There may be other causes for the dreams but these two are the main culprits.
