Taking a pregnancy test...

I had a dream about taking a pregnancy test and it came back positive, when it showed positive I was like scared and in disbelief. The father of the baby ended up being my first bf - whom has been my ex for 4 years. He was trying to reassure me that it would all be ok if it was positive and I thought it was weird because he isn't like that in person - he would of been freaking out.

I hurry up and I try to dispose of the pregnancy test and I lie to him saying it was negative. Then I leave and start walking but I keep looking at my stomach in disbelief that somethings alive inside me. Eventually I sit down in a place where there are no people and I kind of cradle my stomach trying to think of what to do and what would come of having a baby. Everywhere I look though there are baby boutiques or baby strollers. On one hand I want to keep the baby and on the other I don't, I don't want the responsibilities that motherhood comes with just yet.

What could this mean? I looked it up in the dictionary thing and it says something like money - but i'm unwed and I guess you could say I have my sad moments...

I had people tell me that pregnancy dreams could mean a new beginning. Are you going through a change in your life that may seem daunting, like you're not sure how to handle it? (A new job, relationship, relocation?)
More literally, maybe you fear becoming pregnant when you don't feel ready, and your dream is showing you this fear.
