What on Earth can This Dream/Nightmare Be ?

OK Hi and GR8 forum ... had to join because I need some help in working this out !
As far as I can remember I NEVER dream and never have and not had a Nightmare or anything WAKE me. When I go to bed I sleep and then it is morning and time for school/play/work ... BUT ... Last week I woke suddenly in a cold sweat for seemingly no reason and no clue as to why I did. Last night same thing, except I remember exactly what had awoken me and feel very disturbed by it - can someone please tell me what it all means or even that I'm going MAD.

I was being questioned by Police about the murder (Hit and Run) of a young soldier in an army camp in Germany (or maybe London) - I used to be in the Army so get the connection.
Well actually someone (me?) reversed into him and crushed him, possibly unknowingly, and then drove off. My sons g/f's dad was also in the Army and was medically discharged for a truck reversing into him and crushing his legs.
The police then went on to tell me about how he was found lying there dying and in a pool of blood, all of which I could see vividly as if I was there seeing it for real (even though I was driving away by the story line). They also told me that even after 4 years they could still get DNA evidence and the like from my vehicle - at which point it flashed towards my vehicle with small traces of blood on the bumper (fender) which I knew I had to clean off to destroy the evidence ... weird enough in itself as I have had about 6 different cars in the last 4 years !!!
I could also hear the people who were trying to save the soldier call his name, and at the time of waking I knew the name and knew the face - but now sadly cannot.
Anyway thats it and that when I woke in a cold sweat and it all seemed so real as if it had really happened and I just lay there sweating and thinking until the alarm clock went off.
BTW the 1st dream last week was the same night that I received an anonymous note through my letterbox, in a child's handwriting, saying that they might 'TELL ON ME' for something I would rather not discuss and vehemently deny but which would definately land me in jail if they did.

Sorry if this is long winded and I have tried to make sense of it but I cant ... PLEASE HELP

If dreamt was with police people and they were honest people means he will receive a benefit
If police people were dishonest means a money loss.
Police in the dreams sometimes means a governor.
If dreamt police took out his clothes and took him to the jail means they will insolent him.


So, you will do a good person a favor and will have benefits too.
