Looked in the mirror, my eyes were bleeding

I had a very disturbing dream that I was having a a small party with friends and I looked in the mirror and I had blood in my eyes as if I were crying blood instead of tears. I also realized I had to change my clothes because I was hemorrhaging so bad from my female area. (but have had a hysterectomy in real life 3 yrs ago) There was blood everywhere. I am having a lot of stress with my son, having financial problems and have just recently moved from my childhood town where I have lived all my life. I am pretty wiped out emotionally. This dream was so vivid and has been bothering me even more. Any ideas anybody!!? Help!! And thank you in advance for anyone answering....

Simply crying in blood instead of tears means you will have a money loss, but don't worry bleeding like a cycle for ladies means a good deal of money is on the way.This may happen in around a month or so.
