old man puking blood, ugly old fat lady

i was in a classroom, with a lot of people sitting at desks. the teacher, he brought on my desk a paper with 3 blue circles on it, and some design on them... he was giving us a test to recognise them.. then he took the paper and flashed to all to see. then i was passing trough a room. i was carying boxes outside, very big and heavy. i was stacking them next to the wall. i walked back in the roomand there was a bed, and an old guy, very skinny, that was sitting on the bed. he said he will throw up and he started throwing up blood on the sheets. it was flowing, like from the sink. there was an old lady, very fat, and ugly too.. she was saying something to me. i was kinda kneeling down next to her, and trying to look at her, because it was hard for me, because she was very ugly. then i went outside and there were green tall trees, beautiful. i was looking at them.
