I dreamt that I had traveled to a university to see a musical play. I was with a group of people and we all had luggage. I had a black rolling suitcase. We were directed by an escort to pile all of our suitcases in one room and enter another theater type of classroom to listen to a speaker or something first. I ended up sitting on the top row of this classroom, next to my older sister. We walked the steps to get up there. The room was crowded. One row of seemingly important people even stood up and re-seated in the front row, while other rows moved up one. I wondered who they were.

The room was like a semi-circle of steps, almost like an indoor ampitheatre with thin, woven, blue carpet everywhere, but no individual seats. We sat on the carpeted rows of steps. One of my childhood female friends was sitting on the opposite side of my sister. I remembering reminding my sister that it was my friend she was sitting next to. My friend smiled at us. After a little while, I got up, made my way to the end of my row, and down the steps and out of the room. It seems I was bored, which was my reason for stepping out.

Somehow I ended up down the hall in a very large carpeted room where two other older women were sitting. A very large wooden dining room table sat on a huge antique rug with reddish colors in it. The TV and cable box were pretty outdated sitting on an old TV stand. I plugged in my curling iron behind the TV. One woman didn't think it was a safe place to use a curling iron. I did anyway. My haircut was really short (which it is long in waking life) and it took me a long and hard time to get all the curls in. When I finished and I went to unplug the curling iron, I accidently turned off the TV. The two women were annoyed with me.

At some point I tried to come back into the classroom. But my sister and friend told me that the session was almost over so not to waist time coming back in. I went to try to find my suitcase and had a hard time finding it. When I found it, it was open in the middle of the floor. I then started to get dressed for the play in a red sleeveless blouse and black slacks. I had a stain a few stains on my red shirt and wet spots. I used a mirror to see how I looked. Other people from the classroom were around me now and they were all getting dressed too, many of them were also wearing black pants and red tops. Some were wearing a black and white pattern. I tried on a pair of new shoes with a low heel that maybe my sister had given me which were very nice, but they were too big so I put on a different black pair with a higher heel. I heard someone ask me if I packed my bathing suit and I said no, but wished I had packed it.

Time was running out, but I wasn't worried because the theater was right across the hall and I was reminded that my tickets were close to the entrance. Our escort came to remind us all that the show would be starting soon.

A musical theatre is showing a sorrow, but there was not playing.
Your long hair was cut means you will lose some money or some dignity.
T.V means a liar deceiver person who everybody knows he is wrong but everybody follows him.
