Two Lions....plz help interpret this!

Hi Everyone, I'm so glad I found this forum!

Anyway, the other night I had a dream I was over at my ex-boyfriends apartment and he had a new girlfriend in there that seemed quite nice. She wanted me to stay and talk even though he wasn't there and all I wanted to do was leave. So, I walked into the living room and there were two beautiful big lions sitting there! It was like nothing to the new girlfriend......just like they were two domesticated cats. I am a huge animal lover and I think since it was a dream, I sat down with the two lions while she went to get something from the kitchen. One of the lions kept nudging my hands with his head which made me a little nervous. As she was walking though the hallway, she reminded me that I had some leftovers from my own dinner wrapped up in my hands and that he wanted me to give that to him, so I did.

Long story short, I know this is a significant symbol that I'm supposed to take seriously. It means something in particular lies in my future. Last year I dreamt of an oversized black panther walking over the fence between my neighbors yard and mine. I ignored the fact that black panthers in dreams can symbolize fatal omens. A short time later my dog (and best friend) was murdered right in front of my eyes.

So, I figure I better pay attention to this Lion dream and make sure I have all the answers to what it might mean. I'm moving by the way within the next couple of weeks. Hopefully it just means changes are ahead but I will overcome all obstacles?

Any interpretations will be a great help.

Panther is interpreted as an ignoble enemy.If dreamt he was eating food with a panther means he will be safe from an enemy.If dreamt a panther attacked him means he will have a loss or hurt from an enemyIf dreamt he was fighting a panther and he was the winner means he will overcome the enemy.

Well dreams CAN symbolise premonitions. But thats not always the case. Just because one dream was perhaps a premonition then it does not mean that all are. Many dreams can link to inner feelings. In this case lions may symbolise some frame of mind or inner feelings. That they show your need for greater strength and courage. That in dealing with your boyfriend you neerd to be less fearful of the future and stand up for your own ideas and feelings

But again that could easily be a misinterpretation. Without immediate knowledeg of someones frame of mind then its difficult to tell./ Often dreams depict feelings that can come and go very quickly indeed

Yes, maybe I am just reading too much into it. I promised myself after the black panther dream that if I had another in the future where a symbol stuck out like a sore thumb, I would be extra cautious etc.

If you really think about it though, if it's in our fate, not even caution can prevent it from happening.

I'm hoping this dream just has something to do with my feeling regarding my move. I don't trust two family members to look after my elderly parents properly so it makes me want to stay even though I can't. I feel helpless as a result.
