Getting stoned ( literally)

Am resting behind a wall in a garden, stones thrown over the wall hit me on the head and draw blood, I go around the wall and find it is children.

So if I get hit on the head and they draw blood - means this affected me?

I do not have any stains on my conscience.

The fact that the perpetrators were children - does this mean that the accusers of the sins were not powerful?
