My ghost

well i was at a friends house there was about 5 of us girls and we were drinking heavily, we all realised that we were to drunk to drive home so we all stayed the night. I dont know how we did it but we all jumped and fell asleep in my friends king size bed.
the dream.
it started with the situation i was in all us girls sharing a bed sleeping together i woke and hear the front door open thinking why is it open but i stay in my spot as if frozen.
a man wearing black gloves opens the door to our bedroom as i am about to scream i feel a slash across my neck and i realize im dieing my blood flowing out of me and feeling of a light head i see darkness i really think i am dead but then i realise im walking around the room and i see all the girls awake and crying i try to talk to them but no one responds to me they are talking to the police and i dont understand why they cant hear me.
the police men walk over to the place that i was sleeping i see a body underneath a white sheet theres blood everywhere the police men lift the sheet and i see myself dead with my throat cut i start to realise whats happened and i start to scream as this dream feels very real i seem to be floating and realise im a ghost. i start to scream, the end of my dream.
i awake now in real life my friends are all around me telling me how i was screaming.
very scary very real
can someone make out the meaning of this one.

Hi,
First you should know alcohol causes messed and nightmair dreams.
Second if we assume the dream was not caused by the alcohol, beheading and cutting the throat means if you have debts will pay if have a sorrow you will rescue,etc.
You dreamt yourself dead means you will have a problem solved , also dreaming an alive person dead means she is ignorant in some cases.
