three men in white robes

Hi, i had a dream wherein there where three men in white robes that came to have a look at the home i used to stay in whilst growing up and i was showing them around the yard.In place of a large bushy field outside the fence of the backyard,there was a river instead that lead into the sea.all of a sudden there were about four coffins that were flowing through this river apparently originating from the yard,however the three men did not seem to be bothered about this and seemed to think it a natural thing that happens there.They were white men in white robes that seemed interested in staying there with not much expression in there faces however were also not angry nor happy.they were just normal if i can say that.This dream is bothering me for some reason and i would like to know if someone can interpret it for me.

If one dreamt people were carrying corpse the person whose corpse was carrying will have directorship over a group as many as the people who were there but he will be an oppressor .
If dreamt himself was dead and people were carrying his corpse and people were in front of his corpse means he will receive some dignity, but his religion and moral is corrupt.
Or he will have some directorship on the people who were following the corpse.
If dreamt he is carrying a corpse means he will be an agent for the governor and will have benefits.
If dreamt that a group were following his corpse in the sky means a big man will die in a travel.
If dreamt his corpse was pulling on the ground means he will go to a travel.
If dreamt there was a live person carrying on a coffin and there is no-one following the coffin, means he will lose his dignity and rank but if people were following it means he will receive some dignity.
If dreamt he was on a big heavy coffin means he will oppress people.
If was on a light coffin means he hasn't any load or oppress for people.

Might be the burying of old ideas, concepts or perceptions. Or maybe ‘shut away’ or ‘dead’ feelings and emotions. Or maybe part of our lives that’s gone - ‘dead and buried’. You said you "used to" stay at that house. And that the coffins were "apparently originating" in the yard.

As I see it, these 'old' feelings, emotions and ideas, were being 'washed' away by the river into the sea, as you calmly looked on. [You were making a 'new start'?] The "three men in white robes" could've been priests, monks, druids, even. Giving the Last Rites, perhaps? Did you see any of their faces? Or hear anything they said? I think more info would help on this part....

Hi jon,it has been a while since i have visited as i had given up hope on a reply after there was no reponse for a little while.Your explanation of my dream seems very interesting as my life did change dramatically in recent months before the dream.I had seperated from my spouse of 15 years that spent alot of time at this house when we were younger,the fact that i want to shut out the world at this point regarding the fence,my emotional state and the sea as well.The three men in my dream were interested in staying in this house hence the reason i was showing them around as if i were an estate agent.I do remember becoming embaressed or anxious in the dream when the coffins appeared as i thought that they would now not want to rent or buy the home,However they thought nothing of it.The three men did not speak at all in the dream,they also wore brown sandals if that means anything.The feeling that i got in the dream when i noticed there unexpressive faces when the coffins appeared was that there is nothing to be ashamed or embarassed about as it is a normal thing.Thanks again

Thanks for your feedback. Sorry to hear about you and you partner. I had a feeling the house in the dream meant a lot, and reflected a real place. I sensed strong emotions when I read your posting. And conflicting ones at that. An air of resignation and detachment, like being a ‘by-stander’ in your own life, watching things ’flow by’ or ‘flow away’. Water in dreams is a strong purification image, especially if a sea.

How many people are there in your immediate family, including your now-separated spouse - four? The number of coffins suggested this number was significant. But there were three men in robes - was this dream alluding to your separation? Sandals aren't too significant, unless these men were meant to be priests. Robed figures appear a lot in my dreams, usually in white, black or blue; but I never see their footwear... .

I read your first post and then read a few under it, and some of the interpretations really go tme thinking..

I know of Men and women called the Brothers and Sisters of the Christ Family.. they are lead by a so called prophet, who claims to be Jesus back on earth. They wear white robs and either brown sandals or are barefoot. they walk around preaching to people and trying to confrom them into believing in this Lightning Amen (Legal Name: Charles McHugh) Google him, he is a horrible man... in no form, christ like. I am hoping that these people don't come into your life and you thinking your dream was sign for you to meet them and be with them... they pry on people who are hurt and struggeling, who are depressed or wealthy yet lost. They are into drugs, or use to be, very much into drinking and sex... even though back when the "Cult" started, Lightning Amen's rules were, no sex, no killing and something else i don't recall at the moment. He also stated to "not read the bible." interesting if you are a christian.. well now days, he preaches from the bible but twists things to where they benifit him just to get more recruits... these men and women in white robes give up their lives for him, they give him their money, property as offerings and leave their families.. he told them to give up their children and walk with him...
