If one dreamt his brain fell on the ground means he will lose some money.
If dreamt he picked the brain up and put it in its place means he will receive money and capital.
If dreamt about brain and marrow means it is about some money that is not obvious.
If dreamt was eating brain means he will spend money.
If dreamt was eating others brain means he will spend people's money.
If dreamt was eating an animal brain like sheep brain means he will receive some money.
Brain may also mean : 1- hidden money 2- intellect 3- vision.
