Not sure if your interpretaion of shoulder makes any sense and indeed has any correlation to quranic symbols etc

What would looking into a mirror and seeing the left shoulder with some sort of infection on it mean, the infection looked a small group 2 inch high slim domes that had the deterioration commonly seen on decaying teeth? yellowy gradient to plaque black
