"the undead" or zombies?

i keep having a dream..over and over and most of the time i'm in a different location but i am ALWAYS running away or hiding from dead people..that are trying to get to me. masive amounts of them. sometimes i have "alive" people on my side who are also trying to get away. but i never know who they are. i usually always wake up before they get to me. the dreams are always a lot like the movies dawn of the dead or resident evil but i refuse to watch those movies ever again because of these dreams... someone help me figure this out please...i want to stop having this dream. thanks.
