Hen
Hen means a server woman.

I had a dream that a red-tailed hawk landed next to me in a pasture, and as i tried to grab its tail feathers i was pulled away by a man that is current in my life. can you tell me what this means?

I initially thought this dream had something to do with passion or love life because of the relation to the color red and the man currently in your life (unless I misread your relationship to this man) but I found a particualr site which has a fact about the red tailed hawk which was fascinating.

"In the courtship display a pair of Red-tailed Hawks soars in wide circles at a great height. The male dives down in a steep drop, then shoots up again at nearly as steep an angle. He repeats this maneuver several times, then approaches the female from above. He extends his legs and touches or grasps her briefly. The pair may grab onto one other and may interlock their talons and spiral toward the ground."

I believe this mating ritual to be your feelings of passion for this particular man or what this man represents to you. The man pulling you away could either be this mans lack of commitment or what he represents might be keeping you from engaging him in this way (eg. if the man represents professionalism or hard work to you, maybe your job is taking you away from your passionate love life)
