Flyover

I don't seem to come across any interpretation on road flyovers.

I had this dream. My sister-in-law and her family are now settled in life was offered to occupy a vacant condo apartment (with nice planting and located beside a tertiary school). They found it tempting so they are planning to relocate to that vacant condo and will rent out their current home.

Before they do, we all went together to recce the new place. I realise it is beneath a road flyover. Seems the flyover which led to the northen part of the country has recently been built and it will fly above the apartment. This would destroy the apartment's serenity surely.

Fyi, in real life, I hardly meet this sister-in-law except once or twice a year. Is this dream about her or is she just a character in my dream and the dream is about me? Road flyover, I was standing below that flyover looking at the road above. Rarely any traffic, because the flyover is new. Please help.
