The other night, I drempt that I was over at this guy Cody, the guy that I like, house. I was talking to his parents and they asked me, "Have you talked to your husbend?" I told them no and asked why. "You need to tell Cody about his daughter acting up." said his mom. "What do you mean acting up? Loriann is fine. She is a typical 5 year old." I said. "She's having screaming fits." Cody's mom (Ros) said.
My dream jumps to Me being at my Airport waiting for my husbands plane to land. (Cody's in the Army) And all of a sudden my daughter falls to the ground and starts screamming "it hurts, it hurts, it hurts." It turned out that she had a very rare genetic disease. I sat down next to my daughter and was holding her teling her that she has to calm down. She looked at me and I scratched her across the face. (I have no clue why). My husband came off the plane and noticed that our daughter was screamming, crying and turning red and Cody came over and asked me what was going on. I told him and right then my daughter scratched me. Can anyone please help me?

So I take it you and Cody are not married? Do not have a child? If you do get pregnant by him, you may want to get genetic testing, or check with his and your extended families re any unexplained health issues in family.

What do you mean by genetic testing for unchecked health? Yes you are correct, we are NOT MARRIED or have any children together.

The five year old daughter is so unhappy about the separation and is not holding back her feelings in any way. Maybe you scratch her face because she is showing her real feelings and not calming down (hiding them) as you would wish and you don't know how to handle these kinds of feelings? The part at the beginning of your dream with Cody's mum seems to reinterate the same kind of thing. Is there an expectation from her that you will just get on with things as they are without having any emotional reaction to it, hence her criticism of Loriann's emotional outbursts? Or maybe she is reflecting that kind of attitude in the dream because your own mum had/has those kinds of beliefs. You say in the dream that Loriann's screaming fits are normal for a five year old. Maybe you feel on some level that it's ok for a child to have these kinds of emotional reactions (especially if they are ill - genetic disease) but not an adult. I don't know if any of that makes any sense to you or is of any use, but if this was my own dream that is how i would be looking at it.

Unfortinattly, Cody is not my boyfriend. I would love to be in a relationship with him. But even though we are not together, I do feel sad when I am not around him. Especially now with him being in South Korea.
