Refused at a resturant.

The other night I drempt that I was at a resturant with my friend and a group of people (that I don't know but it seemed to be like a party). My friend and I weren't being served and so I said "Excuse me, excuse me. I haven't been helped yet."

I went around the corner and sat at the table with my friend. My back was facing the wall and my friend was facing me. we had food on the table from the previous people. There was a waitress (still on the clock and not helping people) sitting at the table across from me. As I was saying loudly (so everyone could hear me) "Excuse me. Excuse me. Why am I not getting any service. You know what? F*** this is not f***ing right. We are taking our business elsewhere as the female waitress was looking at me. My friend and I grabed our stuff and walked out. As we were walking out, one of the waiters was following us our and I said "this is f***ing stupid nd I am going to report this to the BBB. You will not stay open." I didn't even look at the waiter I was just walking out.

I'm going to take a shot at this. But since my symbology may differ from yours, it might not be helpful.

When I dream about a meal it usually turns out to symbolize some sort of employment or paid work. It has also turned out to be cash or some other type of financial support.

Not getting served and sitting at a table with the previous diner's left-overs suggests that you may not get support for your ideas/projects however you might be offered what was left over or maybe rejected by the person before you.(?)

Of note is the way a waiter begins to follow you as you are leaving. Instead of directing your wishes to be served to him, you leave. You might be walking out on an opportunity here.
