When u dream of bein raped what does that mean? I have dreamed of bein raped by an xboyfriend b4, a friend, a woman i neva met, n a man i neva met. It scares me bcuz i wuz a victim of bein molested az a lil gal. N ne way it go itz rape. I hate the thought of rape. So what do da dreams mean?

It's strange, i had a rape dream myself a few days ago. I remember walking around in this weird place and i ended up witnessing a female orgy. One of them asked me to join in but i shook my head no and walked away. When I did, I walked into a room of darkness and i saw a bathtub somewhere. Feeling dirty, I just got in, not caring if it was filled with water or blood- i just wanted to get that image out of my mind since it was against my morals. But out of the blue i saw a black shadow male figure approaching me, 6 foot tall with a large build. He leaned over and said "hello lisa, do you remember me? I'm the ex you killed 3 years ago!" He got in the bathtub after, revealing himself as my ex boyfriend and he had his way with me against my will. I woke up in complete shock.

Then 2 weeks later my little stepsister was talking to me saying how she met a guy that was extremely close to my situation and she told me that the guy was 23 years old- she's 18. She said no to him after he asked her to be his girlfriend within a few minutes they met- she was moving to kentucky anyway so it would be pointless (i'm from wisconsin).

Its' strange. My bad relationship with my ex happened 3 years ago and he was 21 at the time. by now he would be 23 and at a halfway house most likely since i heard he went to jail. My stepsister happens to be there too in order to overcome borderline personality disorder. My biggest fear has come to life- my ex boyfriend might be hitting on my stepsister! I know that he's a rapist, a liar, and a thief. He leeches off innocent girls for his own benefits and is a pretty bad person, though he seems innocent at first. I sent my little stepsister an email telling her to stay away from him at all costs- don't even look at him. I might have saved her from real trouble, like controling relationships, contracting STDs, unwanted pregnancy or worse.

The way I see it, rape dreams can sometimes be life saving. Is anybody you know in a relationship right now? Are they having problems? Is a person being controling to their spouse and belittling them? Does the guy seem too dependent or pushy to her or vice versa? If so, bring this subject up with the ones you love. It could be very beneficial to them.

Of course the dream could simply mean what the previous poster mentioned before me.

I had a dream about rape last night, but only an attempt, and it was my brother... Like another famously weird dream I've had, my 17 year old half-step-brother (not even blood related, but might as well be), is mostly involved, except more so than being shot in the neck and running away with a gang (ask if you want more details to that dream, but it's not so weird). And he was the one who tried to rape me. Setting=my dad's house. Characters=my brother, me, my mom, my cousin, and probably some other people. I think it was like Christmas or something and my brother lived in my dad's basement. That makes sense because he lives in the basement at my mom's and his mom's house. Ok, so, i guess as a symbol of the fact that now, after he stopped hanging out with me for a while, we have just started spending more time together, it started with me in the basement with him playing video games and stuff. Everything was perfectly normal, but then he like started to reach for this small plastic bottle and told me to drink it, that it was fun. I was like, what? Then, thinking it was some type of alcohol, I said no thanks. He kind of laughed and said that it was sex (how, idk...) and that he had done it like three times. I remember thinking to myself by yourself or with someone else? (lol) Well, anyway, i was like, ok great, my brother isn't a virgin anymore, I'm just gonna go upstairs. And he just like grabbed me and tried to drip the stuff into my mouth, I remember wondering if it had to touch your skin or go in your mouth because drops fell on my skin. Then i somehow got the advantage over him and stepped on his head. He moved to get up again and i stepped on him again, and ran upstairs. So i ran through my the hall, but didn't tell anyone about him (a symbol of my closeness to him and how much we trust each other?). I just told my dad and mom that i had come up for dinner and that my brother got tired and fell asleep, so don't be surprised to see him lying on the floor. (lol) So, then my brother came stumbling through the hallway rubbing his broken hand and swearing, and I hid. Then I went downstairs again to eat my dinner, and my cousin (just graduated from college and loves video games) shows up and plugs in guitar hero. (random) I play with him, but the whole time I am carefully watching him to make sure he doesn't try the same thing my brother did, but he doesn't. And then, the scene switches and my mom is in the basement with my brother and me, we are talking about the attempted rape. I think she was saying it was a way of life or something and my brother apologized, but didn't get punished, but I didn't really care because we were friends again. (WEIRD!) And I remember the last thing talked about was what the stuff in the plastic bottle did, I remember assuming that it got guys hard, but I asked mom why girls had to drink it, she said that it made girls suddenly get their periods. (What???)
