Maggots and so on

Dreamed I was climbing a mountain using something like a motorised scooter.
On the top I met a strange lady who had some stubble on her chin but otherwise pleasant.
Later on in her room which was squalid, I noticed that maggots were coming out of all the walls in large numbers.

Firstly, it states elsewhere that maggots are weak people. I don't know whether this means that I am surrounded by weak people or that these are internal weaknesses.
The strange lady almost appeared like a transvestite but this was not established

Being on or climbing a mountain which was certainly hazardous

This is suggested elswhere as going to a big man or taking refuge with one.

The ambivalence of the woman is somewhat confusing.
